Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Custom Products & Print Services

Custom transfers and print & press services are prepared specifically for your order. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has begun, except where otherwise required by law.

For print & press services, customers are responsible for providing suitable garments. Customer-provided garments are pressed at the customer's own risk due to differences in fabric composition, heat sensitivity, and garment condition.
